Bound to save money…

I’ve always been one of those money saving people who have a list of things they want to OWN. To own something, it requires you to have that kind of money to invest. Be it a set of crayons or a DSLR(camera).

The year 2010 was the year of savings for me. I had goals to achieve this year and keeping that in mind i started saving money on.a.serious.note. Had come up with the idea of doodled Gullaks(money saving banks) a while back. Put the idea to great use and created these(pictures)

Ps: I did reach my target of saving LOADS of money this year and became a very proud owner of a Canon D550! Get inspired. Save money the Creative way!

I had been working very low key for the past 3 years. Orders and Exhibits did me good :) But with me, planning to take a step higher i had my sister, Choti (who is more than a real sister) push me to get my own fan page on facebook. I still sat on the idea till a night before our first grand collaborative Exhibition at the Port Grand Culture and Arts (PGCA). I Finally got around making the fanpage. And voila!

As of today we have 604 fans at Ghazal Pirzada Creative Studios fan page on facebook. Keep it coming you guys. Means a lot :D

Thanx to Choti for her constant support and motivation. She owns this Fabulous company called Firefly. She’s doing a great job and i wish her the worlds success. Love you.

Where it all started…

I always wanted to do something that i would call my OWN. I was lucky enough to study and acquire knowledge for something i did as a hobby. The world of design, color and creativity led me to the biggest achievement of my life. It was the 8th of December 2007 when I graduated from IVS with a Design degree and The Founders Award in my hand. I had not only graduated but also entered the real world. I got a job right after a week i graduated. I joined the university to teach what i had learnt all 4 years. And thats when my brother said, “you’re now on a payroll”. That sounded Big. I felt the responsibility and i was happy and ready to dive in!

Coming down to doing something i could call my own. I had ideas and my SIL(sister-in-law) helped in putting them together. January 2008 I initiated a venture I call my own; Ghazal Pirzada Creative Studios.

I welcome you all to my world of creativity. Spreading happiness one creative creation at a time :)
