Ghazal Pirzada Creative Studios (GPCS)

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been processed or handed over for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.

3. After Dispatch

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched
  • Refusal at delivery is discouraged and may affect future order acceptance

4. Refunds on Cancelled Orders

  • If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a refund will be processed
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method

5. Right to Cancel

GPCS reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Payment issues
  • Suspicious or unverifiable orders
