RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUND POLICY

Ghazal Pirzada Creative Studios (GPCS)

1. Overview

At GPCS, every product goes through strict quality control before dispatch.

As a result, returns are not accepted under normal circumstances.

We only accommodate requests in rare cases where:

  • The item is received damaged due to delivery issues
  • The item received is incorrect

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear photos or videos must be provided as proof
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or exchange.

3. Refunds

GPCS does not offer refunds under normal circumstances.

Refunds may only be issued if:

  • An item is confirmed to be damaged or incorrect, and
  • A replacement is not available

In such cases, refunds will be processed through the original payment method or an agreed alternative.

4. Exchange Policy (Case by Case)

While we do not offer standard returns, we may allow an exchange under limited conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in perfect condition
  • The item must be returned to us first
  • Exchange is only allowed for:
    • The same product, or
    • A product of equal or higher value

Any price difference must be paid before dispatch of the new item.

5. Items Not Eligible

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Size or preference issues (unless approved as an exception)
  • Minor variations in color due to screen differences

6. Return Process (If Approved)

If your request is approved:

  • You will be asked to ship the item back to us
  • The item must reach us in original condition
  • If the item shows signs of use or damage, the request may be rejected

7. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • GPCS will cover delivery of the replacement item in approved cases

8. Right to Refuse

GPCS reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
