• Orders outside Karachi are shipped via third party courier services
• Estimated delivery time: 3 to 7 working days
• Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier performance

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day

5. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout
• Any promotional free shipping will be clearly communicated
